Two-block cut

A two-block cut has two distinct zones: a short lower section around the sides and back, and a noticeably longer top section. The contrast keeps the outline narrow and clean while the top supplies texture and movement. The join can be a sharp edge or a soft blend, and the top can range from a short crop to hair that falls over the forehead. The short sides show growth sooner than the top.
